Waikato Rateable Land Parcel - Taupo District Council

This dataset joins the LINZ NZ Parcels dataset with Taupō District Council's rates database, displaying the Valuation ID, Certificate of Title, Rates Unique ID, Legal Description & Supplementary Legal information for a LINZ Parcel ID. Duplicate parcels ID’s represent cases where the parcel is attributed with two or more rating Valuation ID’s. Updates are synced with this dataset weekly from LINZ and every 24 hours from the Taupō District Council rates database.
